Vidya Balan who bagged almost all prestigious awards this year for her commendable performance in the film “The Dirty Picture” has been added a new feather to her cap. The actress has awarded the “National Award” for the best actress at the 59th National Awards on Wednesday for her sexy portrayal of Silk Smitha act in The Dirty Picture directed by Milan Luthria which got a fantastic review from both the viewers and critics.
Vidya is so happy and proud that she describes the honour unbelievable and thanked Milan Luthria for Offering her this film. The film produced by Ekta kapoor based on the biopic of southern actress Silk Smitha rocked the box office and garnered a huge collections and swept away many awards too. It has opened up many opportunities for the female actors in b-town said Vidya.
